We have decided to share our answers to your most frequently asked questions so that you can measure it at home and know what are your options.
Ensure Proper Clearance from Walls and Cabinets:
For best airflow and safety, make sure that there is space for the fan to be installed at least 1 foot away from the closest walls, cabinets or other obstructions.
This allows the blades of the fan to move without any wind interference, minimising fan noises and shaking of the fan.
It also provides sufficient space to allow for more efficient wind from your fan too!
Do your installations from trusted installers. They will ensure the proper installation and positioning of the fan to make sure you get the best experience.
Consider Bigger Fans With More Blades For Larger Spaces:
Larger rooms such as living rooms and dining areas benefit from larger fans with more blades.
Fans with 5/6 blades can move more air, increasing the reach for your space.
For smaller rooms such as bedrooms, 3 or 4 blades is often sufficient.
Look for Customization Options
Today’s ceiling fan brands offer a wide range of customization options.
From blade colors and finishes to light kits and remote controls, customers can tailor their fan to match their home’s aesthetic and functional needs.
Choose the Right Size for the Room
The fan size should be proportional to the size of the room.
[Eg. For rooms up to 75 sq. ft., a fan with a 29-36 inch blade span is ideal. For rooms between 75-144 sq. ft., opt for a 44-inch fan, while larger rooms over 225 sq. ft. may need a fan with 52-inch or larger blades.]
A well-sized fan ensures even airflow across the room and maximizes energy efficiency.
